Rural Colorado Ranch

The owners of this rural Colorado ranch reached out to the Escobedo Group to help them turn their vision into a reality. The Rural Colorado Ranch faced many common challenges when building in remote locations, but the Escobedo Group’s DARIO Panelized process was the key to overcoming those obstacles. The panelized process allowed the team to fully fabricate and pre-build the steel structure, the cut stone, the walls, flooring and roof panels within the Buda, Texas, facility before transporting and installing them on-site.

Conventional construction promised to take twice as much time. The entire radial residential structure — complete with integrated mechanical systems, a shop and cistern — took less than a year to construct. The prepped foundation to dry-in took a mere five days.
